At The G Lodge, we believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) aren’t just buzzwords—they’re essential to building a space where everyone feels valued, safe, and welcome. Our events are about bringing people together, and we’re taking meaningful steps to ensure that every attendee, artist, vendor, and visitor knows they belong here.
How Are We Upping Our DEI Game?
✅ Gender-Affirming Facilities – All of our porta-potties will have gender-affirming signage, ensuring that everyone can use the facilities comfortably.
✅ DEI Booth – This year, we’re introducing a DEI booth featuring resources on businesses, programs, and organizations that uplift and support inclusive communities. Here, you’ll also find pronoun pins to wear and show your support for gender inclusivity.
✅ Code of Conduct Accessibility – By entering The G Lodge, attendees agree to follow our Attendee Code of Conduct, which prioritizes respect, inclusivity, and community well-being. Copies of the Code of Conduct will be available at the ticket booth and the DEI booth, along with QR codes for easy access.
✅ Visible Symbols of Inclusion – We are proudly flying both a trans pride/rainbow flag and an American flag at our ticket booth, reinforcing our commitment to inclusivity and unity for all.

Respect is Non-Negotiable
The G Lodge is a place for community, creativity, and respect.
🚫 If you start fights, act aggressively, or consistently make others uncomfortable without listening, this is not the space for you.
🚫 Just because you don’t agree with someone DOES NOT give you the right to harass them. Conversations are always welcome, but do not assume anyone’s stance on anything or approach anyone with animosity or hostility.
🚫 We have zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or hate in any form.
🚫 Everyone is expected to follow the Code of Conduct and respect the experience of others.
If you can’t do that, you will be asked to leave—no exceptions.
